Cancellation Policy

Salty Air Media L.L.C. requires advance scheduling with confirmed access instructions; missed access counts as a same-day cancellation. Weather, safety issues, or FAA restrictions may require rescheduling at no charge. Client cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are free; cancellations within 24 hours incur a $25 fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows incur a $50 fee. Rescheduling is free with 24+ hour's notice, $25 with less than 24 hours, and $50 same day unless weather-related. On-site delays beyond 15 minutes may incur $25 per additional 15 minutes, and delays over 30 minutes may be treated as a no-show. Delivered digital media is non-refundable, but reasonable revisions are included; re-shoots caused by client or property changes require a new appointment. Travel includes 50 free miles, then $0.65 per mile, and travel fees may still apply if a cancellation occurs after travel begins. Payment is due upon delivery, and repeated late payment may require prepayment. All operations follow FAA regulations; shoots requiring FAA authorization may delay scheduling.
