Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
Salty Air Media LLC operates in compliance with all applicable FAA regulations and requires that all aerial operations be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. All flight services are subject to airspace restrictions, weather conditions, safety considerations, and property access requirements.
Salty Air Media LLC does not provide engineering, surveying, or legal services, and any information, footage, or imagery captured by drone should not be interpreted as professional advice in those fields. Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for aerial operations over private property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All photos, videos, and deliverables remain the property of Salty Air Media LLC until full payment is received. By using this website or booking services, you acknowledge that Salty Air Media LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of drone services or website content.
Refund Policy
Salty Air Media LLC strives to provide high-quality aerial photography and videography services. Due to the nature of custom media work, all sales are considered final. However, we do offer the following refund and reshoot accommodations:
1. Weather or Safety Cancellations
If a shoot must be postponed due to unsafe weather, airspace restrictions, or safety concerns, the booking will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
2. Client Cancellations

48+ hours before scheduled shoot: Full refund.

24–48 hours before shoot: 50% refund or free reschedule.

Less than 24 hours: No refund, but reschedule may be offered at Salty Air Media LLC’s discretion.
3. Unsatisfactory Deliverables
If the client is not satisfied with the final photos or videos, Salty Air Media LLC will offer one complimentary revision or reshoot, when feasible.
Refunds are not issued for creative preference once the service has been performed.
4. No-Show Policy
If the client fails to provide access to the property or is unavailable upon arrival, no refund will be issued. A reshoot may incur an additional fee.
5. Editing-Only Refunds
Because editing services are time-based and irreversible, all editing fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
