1. Services Provided

Salty Air Media LLC offers aerial photography, videography, inspections, mapping, and related drone services. All services are subject to:

• FAA regulations

• Local, state, and federal laws

• Weather, safety, and airspace conditions

• Property access approval

We reserve the right to decline or cancel services if conditions are unsafe or unlawful.

2. Scheduling & Booking

A booking is confirmed only once a time is agreed upon and any required deposits have been received.
Clients must provide accurate location details and ensure property access is available at the scheduled time.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All pricing will be disclosed prior to booking.

• Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Media remains the property of Salty Air Media LLC until full payment is made.

• Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

All cancellations and rescheduling requests are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
We may reschedule shoots due to weather, safety concerns, or restricted airspace.

5. Deliverables

We will deliver photos, videos, or media files in the format agreed upon.
Delivery timelines may vary based on project size, editing requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

Clients must notify us of any issues with deliverables within 7 days of receipt.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding project locations

• Obtain necessary permissions for access and aerial operations

• Ensure a safe environment for drone operations

• Abide by all applicable laws related to drone usage

• Not request flights that violate FAA regulations

If property access is denied or the client is unavailable, additional fees may apply.

7. Restrictions on Use of Media

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use delivered media for personal or business purposes

• Clients may not sell, sublicense, or redistribute media without permission

• Salty Air Media LLC retains copyright to all footage until paid in full

We reserve the right to use selected footage for our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Salty Air Media LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access

• All services are provided “as available” and “as is”

Drone operations inherently carry risk; we prioritize safety but cannot guarantee outcomes affected by weather, environmental factors, or third-party interference.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and protect your data.
By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
